The hotel rooms are individually styled, some are large and quite grand and some are small and cosy. All of them have been designed to have their own unique character and to be sympathetic to the age of the building but still have the important mod-cons such as large flat-screen TVs and free wi-fi, which is available in every room and in the bars in the pub.
The hotel rooms are spread over three separate buildings – each building has its own unique setting. Its only a short walk along the village high street to get to each building & our breakfast room.

Super-Duper Rooms
Grand… extravagant even! Our super-duper rooms are large, wonderfully appointed rooms with either lovely views of the gardens and/or out towards the Thames or over our the historic village High Road. They have super king sized luxurious beds, feature bathrooms with large walk-in showers and double ended baths.

Rooms at The Inn
These very special rooms are found within our 15th Century Inn. Each is named after a historically famous mistress, with design and décor inspired by their lavish and witty character. Full of traditional charm, the rooms reflect the Inn’s heritage, and most feature a classic bathtub with a handheld shower attachment – perfect for an indulgent soak.

Stable at The Inn
Set in an old stable block. It is a very large room on 2 floors with a spiral staircase. Downstairs is a living area and fantastic curved bathroom. Upstairs in the galleried bedroom there is a super king-size bed.
This room does accommodate children at an extra cost but please remember the children &bathroom is on the ground floor and the main king bed is up the spiral staircase on the first floor.

Our comfy rooms have king size beds, and although smaller than some of our grander rooms they are beautifully marked and in the setting of our Georgian building. All have walk-in showers.

Ground floor Cosy Rooms
The ground floor cosy rooms are all laid out in similar style. They have ‘wet room’ showers. These rooms can be made up as twin rooms. They have their own entry door but are closely annexed to each other. They are at the back of the building in a quieter location and you can park outside (spaces permitting.)

Cosy Rooms
Our cosy rooms are medium sized characterful double rooms with king sized beds & their own bathroom. With views over the high street or rooftops of the hotel.

Small but prettily marked rooms. That have king sized beds and compact bathrooms. Some are located in the eaves so not for the taller amongst us.
